Once your parts are found, you will have various options to either purchase directly from Drillingparts.com or to be redirected to an affiliate site. This site also serves as a reference link to valuable diagrams and parts lists for many oilfield parts and equipment.

How do I find what I want on Drillingparts.com?

It’s simple! At the top of each page, just use the search bar to find items by name or part numbers, or you can use the category links to see items in the market by category. Considering the nature of the industry, we recommend that you use accurate part numbers to find your items easily.

What if I can’t find the item I need on Drillingparts.com?

Unfortunately, at this time, we can only offer sales and prices for items listed in the Drillingparts.com categories and subcategories.

What if an item doesn’t have a listed price?

If an item is listed on our site but doesn’t show a price, you can choose the option to request a quote, and our sales team will respond with a price and availability by email.

Each item may have a different delivery time, depending on the vendor, availability in stock and the shipping method. Can you please ship my order ASAP?

For items that are in stock and available, orders should usually be shipped within 1 business day. The delivery times depend on each item’s warehouse location, your location and the method of shipment, including the carrier and type of service you choose. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified in your email confirmation of expected shipment date or lead time.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! At checkout customers located outside the USA are automatically directed to checkout through Zonos, our software affiliate. Zonos handles all global payments to assist in getting our products to your door with landed costs included. The landed cost calculations include the sum of the products in the cart, duties, taxes, shipping, and any additional fees from customs, brokers, or the carrier. We offer international shipping services through UPS and FedEx. International customers can prepay duties and taxes at checkout to get purchases delivered more efficiently. Shipping and other landed costs depend on the value of the items purchased and the final destination.

Which carriers can I use for shipping?

Most of our domestic packages ship via UPS with options for standard ground shipping or expedited services. When reviewing your cart before checkout, you can choose the shipping methods for the items in the order. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout depending on the seller(s), the items purchased and the destination. If items come from more than one warehouse, shipping cost would apply for each warehouse shipment.

Can you ship by US Postal Service?

Unfortunately shipping by US Postal Service is currently not available.

What’s the estimated freight cost to my town?

Our system will calculate shipping charges using the warehouse location(s) and your shipping address at checkout. If items come from more than one warehouse, the shipping cost would apply for each warehouse shipment. For express services and other carrier options, the shipping services available and costs will be shown at checkout. Of course, the final cost depends on your location and the type of service chosen, all calculated at checkout when your shipping address is submitted.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been placed and shipped, you will be notified through email of your tracking number for the shipping carrier chosen. This information is also readily available on your order status when you login to your account.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept all major credit cards through a secure PayPal checkout online. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to process your payment online. If you cannot process a credit card or PayPal account online, please Contact Us and we will arrange another method of payment such as a bank transfer.

This is not what I ordered. What should I do?

How do I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is in process, it may be difficult to cancel or change it as our warehouses work quickly to fulfill and ship out all orders. However, please reach out to us through your Drillingparts User account or by email. If the order has not shipped yet, you may be able to cancel depending on the buyer-seller agreement in the order acknowledgment. If the item has already shipped and a tracking number provided, please consult the DP Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.
