At Drillingparts.com we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify us if there is a situation with the order.
Please Note:
- All returns are subject to conditions set by Drillingparts.com in the buy-seller agreement as noted in the order acknowledgement. All returned items are subject to an inspection and approval for a refund.
- Items that are adjusted, altered or reconstructed in any way are usually not returnable. If a part does not fit properly on your equipment, it is best to consult with us about the return policy prior to making any adjustments or using the product. If the product shows any damage or defects such as rust, visible corrosion or altercation on or in the unit caused by the consumer, the return may not be acceptable.
- Items that are customized or made to your specific requirements may not be returnable. Please refer to the buyer-seller contract details in your order acknowledgement.
- If you’ve decided to return a product, please note that in most cases, you must pay for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you send all original components received in the original packaging if possible, making sure that all items are secure and stable in the packaging so that it does not get damaged in the return.
1. Contact us:
· Under your Drillingparts User account, select to view your Orders
· Locate the order in the list and click on “Contact Us”
· Send a message to the vendor informing them of the issue and let them know if you would like a refund or a replacement item.
2. If your order has already been shipped and received, repackage the item and send it back within 10 business days of completing step 1, following any special instructions relevant to the return. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and proof of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs
3. Drillingparts.com would process the refund directly to your payment form, in the following way:
· Within 14 days after the product is received by the vendor and approved for refund; or
· If no items or products were supplied, within 14 days after the day on which you informed Drillingparts.com (via STEP 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.
Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable and are only refundable if faulty by manufacturer’s standards. The following are not returnable:
· Items that have been customized or made to your specific requirements (outside of standard customization options offered by the vendor to all customers)
· Items that have been altered, adjusted or reconstructed in any way
· Items that show rust, corrosion or other damage or defects caused by consumer use
With that being said, Drillingparts.com is committed to making sure that customers are satisfied with their orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, even if it may be considered non-returnable, please contact us using the steps, especially if the product was damaged in shipping or the product does not match your needs.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order with tracking information if available when it’s on the way. You can also check the status of your order in your User Account. If your order was shipped days ago and you have not received it yet, please contact us.
